A complete standalone video editor, opened in its own tab, for edits that go beyond scene and timeline work.
When to use it
The built-in timeline editor is scoped to the video the pipeline produced. The full editor is a general-purpose editor with its own projects — reach for it when you are combining several videos, doing frame-accurate work, or building something the pipeline did not generate.
Getting there
The Editor card on the home hub opens its project list. From a finished video, “Open in video editor” carries that video across. It runs as a separate application, so it opens in a new tab and has its own save model.
