getting started/Your first video

Your first video

Create asks two questions: what format, and where to start from. Everything after that is the pipeline.

One video, start to finishA real run: Brainstorm and Teaser, the script, the Direction storyboard, then production and the finished cut open in the editor.

Long video or short

The format tab picks the shape: a long landscape video, or a vertical short. Long videos also get a duration slider — the target length the script is written to. The slider is capped by whatever your plan has left.

Six starting points

Start from a topic
Describe what it is about in your own words.
From a trending idea
Pick one of the researched, scored angles from your Ideas list.
From a YouTube link
React to, or build on, an existing video or article.
Paste a script
Bring your own script — the agents skip writing and go straight to direction.
From a competitor video
Reverse-engineer what made a rival video work, in your own voice.
Surprise me
Let the agent choose from what it knows about your channel and its research.

What happens next

Submitting drops you on the pipeline screen for that video. The first stage starts immediately; the footer shows which stages will pause for you. You can leave the page — the run continues without the browser open.

Your video is scoped to the channel in the top-bar picker. Switch the picker before creating if you meant a different channel.
