Create a channel
The Add-Channel wizard is a conversation, not a form. It asks around twenty questions and compiles your answers into the per-agent instructions that shape every video the channel makes.
Start from a preset or from scratch
Presets pre-answer the questions for a common niche so you only correct what differs. Starting from scratch asks everything. Either way you can change any answer later in channel settings.
What it asks
- Identity
- Channel name, YouTube category, and what the channel is actually about.
- Audience
- Who you are making videos for — this drives vocabulary and assumed knowledge.
- Competitors
- Optional channel links. Supplying them lets the research agent learn from what already works.
- Voice & tone
- Who is telling the story, plus a blind pick between four sample paragraphs on the same topic.
- Hooks & length
- Which opening styles you like, and how long a typical video runs.
- Rules
- A signature sign-off, and any hard “always / never” instructions for the script.
- Visuals
- Visual style, mood and palette, how much motion scenes should have, whether to mix in real stock footage, and a thumbnail template.
- Host
- Whether there is an on-camera presence, and which AI host it is.
- Narration
- Language and the narrator voice.
- Control
- How hands-on you want to be, and exactly which stages wait for your approval.
The review screen
Before the channel is created, your answers are compiled into per-agent customizations — the actual instructions the Brainstorm, Teaser, Script, Direction and Post-Production agents will follow. Read them. Editing a line here is more precise than re-answering a question.
After creation
You land on a choice: open the new channel, create a video straight away, or add another channel. Nothing about the channel is locked — Settings exposes every answer for editing.
